		<description>Photos as promised!  Mine isn&#039;t vegan as I used butter instead of margarine where called for.  I set out to make a half-batch of the seitan and accidentally made a full batch.  I cut it in half and froze part of it, and made the one-eater (more like four-eater!) version as seen in the photos.  I barely made a dent.

Thank you so much for the site!  I&#039;m awfully glad a Tofurkey wasn&#039;t killed for our meal.  Making seitan is super-fun and I look forward to trying more recipes now that I know how easy it is.</description>
